terms of service

To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and to maintain the public nature of our facilities, our hotel has established the following rules, which are integrated with our accommodation terms and conditions.

We kindly ask that you understand and cooperate with these terms and conditions during your stay.

Article 1

These terms and conditions apply to the accommodation facility "ENISHI" (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility").

This applies to the use of our facilities and the relationship between our facility and our guests.

Article 2 (Reservations and Use)

① Accommodation is limited to the number of people specified in the reservation.

②ご申請内容と異なる人数でのご利用が確認された場合は、契約を解除し、ご退室いただく場合があります。​

③ We do not allow use by individuals under the age of 20 without an accompanying adult.

Article 3 (Check-in and Check-out)

① Please check the check-in and check-out times on the booking website or in the advance notice.

② If you wish to use our services outside of regular hours, please contact us in advance.

Article 4 (Safety within the facility)

①This facility has ladders, passageways, and entrances leading to the loft and rooftop. Please be extremely careful in these areas as there is a risk of tripping or falling.

② Especially if you are bringing children, please ensure that a guardian accompanies them and takes responsibility for their safety.

③ We will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during your use of our facilities.

Article 5 (Damage to facilities and equipment)

In the event of damage to or loss of facilities, furniture, appliances, or equipment, you will be charged for the actual costs incurred for repair or replacement.

Article 6 (Prohibited matters)

① Loud noises, excessive noise, and littering that disturb neighbors, etc.

② Smoking on the premises

Article 7 (Use of Parking Lot)

There is a parking space for hotel guests next to the building. When using it, please be considerate of other vehicles and avoid causing any inconvenience to nearby residents.

Article 8 (Separation and Disposal of Waste)

When you leave the premises, please gather all your trash and place it in the provided trash cans, separating it into "combustible" and "non-combustible" categories.

If you do not cooperate with waste sorting, we may charge an additional cleaning fee.

Article 9 (Consideration for neighbors)

① If any behavior during your stay results in complaints from neighbors, we may refuse future reservations.

② If you book through Airbnb, your usage details may be reflected in your review.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

① We will not be held liable for any damages caused by natural disasters, traffic conditions, power outages, or any other reason beyond the control of our facility.

② Please manage your valuables yourself. We cannot be held responsible for theft or loss.

These terms and conditions may be revised without prior notice. Please check this page for the latest version.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

The accommodation facility "ENISHI" (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility") is subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions regarding accommodation contracts and related agreements.

Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)

Those wishing to stay should apply using the method specified by the facility, clearly stating the date of stay, number of guests, guest names, and contact information.

Article 3 (Formation of Contract)

The accommodation contract is concluded when our facility accepts the application. If booking through a platform such as Airbnb, the contract is concluded when the reservation is confirmed on that system.

Article 4 (Accommodation Fees)

The accommodation fee is the amount displayed on the Airbnb system and in the LINE message.

Article 5 (Cancellation Policy)

Cancellation fees will be as set on Airbnb.
LINE users can book for free until the day before. On the day of booking, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

Article 6 (Restrictions on Use)

1. We do not accept reservations from guests under the age of 20 who are staying alone.
2. If any disruptive behavior towards neighboring residents (such as noise, littering, or unauthorized parking) is observed, we may refuse your future use of the facilities.
3. Actions that violate laws and regulations, as well as bringing in dangerous materials, are prohibited.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

This facility assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any accidents, theft, or other problems that may occur at this facility.

Article 8 (Request to leave)

If you violate the rules set by this facility, we may be forced to ask you to leave.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

The personal information we receive will be managed appropriately in accordance with the law and will not be used for any purpose other than accommodation management services.
